1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phwinn ("phwinn", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the phwinn website at https://phwinn.cam and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing or using the phwinn Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with phwinn's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register an account and use the phwinn Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to register accounts.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a phwinn employee in a role that may involve access to non-public information about the Platform's operations.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and keep that information up to date at all times.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on phwinn. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. phwinn will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify phwinn immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phwinn shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

phwinn is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct thorough identity verification on all accounts. You agree to promptly provide any documentation requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to: proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation where required. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phwinn supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly on the cashier page at the time of the transaction. phwinn reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed on the same business day, subject to standard banking and payment processor processing times. phwinn does not guarantee same-day credit to your bank or e-wallet account, as processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment provider.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR directives, phwinn monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. phwinn reserves the right to request additional documentation for any transaction and to delay, suspend, or refuse a withdrawal where AML concerns arise. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

phwinn may offer various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Each bonus offer will specify its applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 30x the bonus amount), eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. Players must satisfy these conditions before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on phwinn are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6.1 Game Fairness

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.

• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Claiming bonuses or promotions in bad faith or in a manner designed to exploit phwinn's promotional terms.
• Engaging in any conduct that phwinn reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or harmful to other players or phwinn staff.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phwinn Platform — including but not limited to the phwinn logo, brand name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, databases, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phwinn or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any content from the Platform without the express written consent of phwinn.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phwinn, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the phwinn Platform.

phwinn's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your phwinn account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy

Your privacy is important to phwinn. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by phwinn's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 12 Account Termination

phwinn reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, AML concerns, regulatory requirements, or risk management decisions.

You may close your account at any time by contacting phwinn's customer support team. Upon closure of a legitimate account with a positive balance, phwinn will process the withdrawal of any remaining funds after deducting any outstanding bonuses or amounts owed by you to phwinn, subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts terminated due to breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity will have any remaining balance forfeited.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phwinn Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting phwinn's customer support team. phwinn will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 30 calendar days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phwinn reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phwinn will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by applicable law or regulatory directive.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the phwinn Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
